Quick Start

A short path to get your organization up and running. Each step links to its full guide.

1. Create your organization — see Create Your Organization.
2. Choose a plan — pick a plan or start a free trial during onboarding, or from Settings → Billing later. Inviting members and using AI tools both require an active plan.
3. Invite your team — bring in admins and teachers, and set their roles. See Invite Members.
4. Add your books — upload books and share them with members. This is the source of truth every AI tool is grounded in.
5. Set your AI Guidelines — define organization-wide instructions for the AI under AI Guidelines. Owners only.
6. Start using AI Tools — generate assessments, lesson plans, presentations, and study notes, or explore your books. See Book Explorer and the generators.

Owners and admins handle steps 1–5. Teachers can jump straight to step 6 with the books shared with them.
