Everything a persona has written for you, in one list.

Browsing your documents

1. Open your space and go to Documents.
2. Use the chips to narrow the list to one kind, or search by title.
3. Open a document to read it. On desktop it opens beside the list; on a phone it opens full screen. Open chat in its header takes you to the chat it was made in.

Documents are listed newest first across every kind: question papers, lesson plans, presentations, study notes, mind maps, flashcard decks and homework sheets.

Downloading a document

Question papers, lesson plans, study notes and homework sheets download as PDF or Word (.docx); presentations download as PDF; mind maps download as PNG. See Exporting Content for the steps.

When the chat is gone

A document outlives its chat. If you delete a chat, its document stays in Documents marked Chat deleted and still opens. Press Start a chat on the row or in the document header to open a fresh chat with that document attached.

Deleting a document

Open the row menu (right-click, long-press, or the actions button) and choose Delete. Deleting a document also deletes the chat that made it.
